PG&E Online Account — Log in at pge.com, go to My Account > Billing > Bill History, and download your most recent bill as a PDF.

3CE Customers — Your electricity delivery is through PG&E even if you are on 3CE generation rates. The same PG&E bill covers both.

Paper Bill Photo — A clear photo of your paper bill works fine. Make sure your usage (kWh) and the total amount are visible.

No bill handy? — Enter your best estimate of your average monthly bill amount and we will work from that for the initial sizing.
